What is culinary medicine?
Culinary medicine seeks to combine researched nutrition knowledge with something everyone understands, food. It’s an opportunity for patients to get hands-on learning that supports what they’ve discussed with their health care providers.
Who can take part in the Teaching Kitchen classes?
The Irving and Alice Brown Teaching Kitchen is open to all patients of Yale New Haven Health, with a referral from their provider.
