If you download the citations from pubmed in .nbib or .bib format you can open them directly in bib desk (I think it will also work in Mendeley, EndNote and Papers). Also if you look into the file you’ll see that the key words are tagged in OT field.
Looks like it click right into out database and do some powerful visualizations… assume Excel can do most of this as well.
