Yes, you can have an AT&T and Verizon SIM on an iPhone if the phone is unlocked and supports dual SIM, which most newer iPhones do. You can use a physical SIM card for one carrier and an eSIM for the other, or use two eSIMs, allowing you to have two separate numbers on a single device. To check if your phone is unlocked, go to Settings > General > About and look for “Carrier Lock”.
