Sign the Petition

Share similar sentiments to this petition: Haven’t found the new MacBook Pros satisfying, esp. the keyboard Not sure $AAPL cares anymore about making computers – vs phones! Any recommendations for what I should replace my #MacBook with?

““The failure rate of the keyboard in the first year on the 2016 MacBook Pro is a ticking time bomb for users.”

I’m writing this petition on a Late 2016 13″ MBP keyboard with a defective L key and a defective Shift Key. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t.

If you, Apple, want to continue to pretend this isn’t a problem, your head is buried deep in the silicon. “Design is how it works.” These don’t. Everyone who bought this computer bought a Lemon, or at the least, a potential Lemon when one speck of dust gets under the keys. There should be a Lemon Law for laptops.”

Inside…Sierra: $AAPL’s Optimized Storage Strong filesystem-icloud integration. Maybe good but also heavy handed

I am curious though, what do you mean by a very secure iCloud account? Do you just mean that you use two step verification and ‘difficult’ password? or is there something more?
Extremely strong password becaue it’s an internet-facing account that hold so much personal data
Password unique to that account
Notifcations of access attempts (if that’s possible to set up. I forget) Answers to personal questinons and birthday purposely inaccurate (in other words, the questions are a key to the get the correct answer generated randomly)”

The creed of speed

December 7, 2015

Creed for speed True for $AAPL? App downloads every ms & >1k iPhones sold in 5′ but much of board serving for >5 yrs

QT:{{"“A CUSTOMER downloads an app from Apple every millisecond. The firm sells 1,000 iPhones, iPads or Macs every couple of minutes. It whips through its inventories in four days and launches a new product every four weeks. Manic trading by computers and speculators means the average Apple share changes hands every five months.”

And what about Apple, with the frantic antics of which this article began? Its directors have served for an average of six years. It has invested heavily in fixed assets, such as data centres, which will last for over a decade. It has pursued truly long-term strategies such as acquiring the capacity to design its own chips. Mr Cook has been in his post for four years and slogged away at the firm for 14 years before that. Apple is 39 years old, and it has issued bonds that mature in the 2040s.
